Days 18-22
Module 9: Troubleshooting Common Issues
Zero leads, high CPL, errors, spam — here's how to handle all of it.
Zero Leads Today
Don't panic. Check the campaign's history first.
- Look at Maximum to see overall lead count and cost per lead
- Do a Breakdown by Day to see the trend
- Ask: Is this a one-day dip or a pattern?
New campaign + zero leads today: Too early to judge. Let it run.
New campaign + zero leads 2+ days: Approaching the 2x budget rule. Consider pausing and duplicating.
Established campaign + one day of zero leads: Normal. Campaigns fluctuate.
Established campaign + 2-3 days of zero leads: Concerning. Monitor closely.
7-day CPL climbing past KPI: Pause and duplicate.
Cost Per Lead Too High
- Check the Last 7 Days view (not Maximum, not just Today)
- If the 7-day average is above your target and trending up, pause and duplicate
- Check if your other active campaigns are pulling the overall blended average to an acceptable range
- One high campaign is not a crisis if the others compensate
Campaign Gets Zero Impressions After Launch
Duplicate it and publish the duplicate. The new copy will often start receiving impressions normally. Delete the original that was stuck.
Facebook Automatically Pauses Your Ads
Facebook now auto-pauses ads that receive no impressions or results. This appears as an error icon. The campaign is struggling and Facebook intervened. Review and consider officially pausing it.
Spam Leads (Yandex Emails, Fake Info)
Almost always caused by wrong placement settings. Check placements immediately (see Module 8). If placements are wrong on a running campaign, you must pause and rebuild from your template.
