Quick Start
Follow these 3 steps to get your first campaign live. This works regardless of whether you or we set up the account.
1
Duplicate your template campaign and rename it
Your account has a campaign labeled TEMPLATE. This is your master copy. You never run the template directly — you always duplicate from it.
- Find the campaign with "TEMPLATE" in the name in Ads Manager
- Select it and click Duplicate
- When prompted, deselect all Facebook recommendations — they will try to add unwanted changes
- Change the date in the campaign name to today's date in YYMMDD format (e.g. 260324)

Set start time and launch
Before publishing, set a specific start time for the campaign.
- Click into each ad set in your duplicated campaign
- Set the start time to 1:00 AM or 2:00 AM the next day
- This ensures the campaign starts fresh at the beginning of a day, not mid-day with a partial budget window
- Click Review and Publish

Verify your setup
Before you close Ads Manager, confirm everything is correct on your new campaign:
- Placements: Only Facebook Feed and Instagram Feed should be active. Everything else off.
- Lead form: The correct lead form is attached to each ad set
- Creative count: Each ad set should show approximately 31-32 ads
- Status: The campaign should show as "Scheduled"

How to check campaigns for errors
Your campaign is scheduled.
It will start running tonight and you'll see impressions and leads by tomorrow morning. While you wait, work through the training modules below. Start with Module 1 and go in order — each one builds on the previous.
